Meet our Founders
RHN was founded by Chef Jason McBride and Robbie McBride in 2016. They saw restaurant owners struggling to keep their operations afloat and they knew they could help.
Jason is a Corporate Training Consultant and Pizza Franchise Expert who has helped international restaurant brands open stores nationwide. Jason has taught hospitality management to countless students, and designed core training programs for provincial hospitality and tourism associations.
Robbie is a Corporate Communications Consultant specializing in PR and Growth Marketing for socially responsible B2B and B2C businesses that want to make an impact on people and the planet. A former University Lecturer, Robbie also writes courses and develops educational programming for micro and small businesses.
Together they’ve owned a number of successful restaurants and are currently developing a new plant-based concept.

Membership is $15 (CAD) per month or $99 (CAD) per year.
There is no required length so you can cancel at any time using your in-app portal.
Please note: Fees are non-refundable once paid.

Membership is for anyone who works in the space of hospitality. Our members work in all facets of the industry. Some are restaurant workers, some produce amazing artisan foods and sell support services and products to make business easier. Others work in travel tourism and wellness. Some are consultants, event producers, marketers and more.

RHN is not a referral company and we don’t sell your product on your behalf. However, membership offers many opportunities to help you get your brand known and expand your reach. You can network with other members inside and outside the community.
The more you engage with members and our other platforms the more exposure you and your brand will get.

We appreciate any discounts or rebates that you offer to your fellow members, but you are in no way obligated or expected to do so. Your membership is about you, your growth goals and what’s right for your organization.

Our community is designed to be interactive and inclusive. Collaboration is currency and our business ecosystem model provides the foundation for you to leverage your memership for much more than building relationships (don’t get us wrong, networking is extremely important and fundamental to what we do!). This means you have control over your membership experience, so participate as much or as little as you want. We know a one size fits all solution does not exist that's why we offer a variety of events and growth opportunities - to meet your unique needs.
