We at RHN are committed to creating a safe space for our members.  We ask all members to adhere to our charter to ensure everyone has the best possible community experience.

Introducing yourself, sharing ideas and being supportive. - Sharing tips and best practice advice - Asking for advice, feedback and support - Commenting with kindness on member posts when they ask for help, offering feedback & support.

WE SAY NO THANK YOU TO > 

Using this space to share anything you're selling.  Our community is not an advertising platform.   Inviting people to join your Facebook group, speaking poorly about people, passing judgment, or speaking condescendingly and Private messaging anyone and soliciting them as client is not welcomed.

BE KIND, COURTEOUS & SUPPORTIVE >

We all have a part to play in creating a welcoming environment. Let's treat everyone with respect. Healthy debates are natural, but kindness is required.

STAY ON TOPIC>

Our mission is for our members to stay laser-focused on their goals, inspired and driven.  We will remove any content that deviates from our mission.  

NO PROMOTIONS OR SPAM >

We encourage you to introduce yourself, talk about your business/product/service, how you can benefit the industry.  Our community is not a place to advertise or sell your products and send mass spam messages to fellow members.  Feel free to connect and network.

NO HATE SPEECH OR BULLYING >

This is a safe zone. HATE SPEECH AND/OR BULLYING WILL NOT BE TOLERATED - This includes degrading comments about race, culture, religion, sexual orientation, gender or identity. We WILL remove any content that we deem offensive. We also reserve the right to ban any user posting offensive content. If you see posts you deem offensive please report the post to an administrator.

WE ENCOURAGE OPEN AND HONEST DISCUSSION >

Our community space  is a JUDGMENT FREE ZONE. Everyone is at a different stage on their own journey and our community is a place where we collaborate and members come for support, education, information and inspiration.

YOUR DATA WILL NOT BE SHARED >

We will never share your data with any 3rd Parties.  Your information is safe with us.  You can cancel your membership at any time, and delete your account. Email hello@realhospitalitynetwork.com and we will make sure all of your information is deleted within 48 hours.  We will not retain your data. 

We reserve the right to update our Community Charter and Terms & Conditions of Membership without notice. By joining RHN as a paid member you agree to our Charter and our Terms & Conditions of Membership.

Terms & Conditions of Membership

Paid Community Memberships are active upon confirmed receipt of applicable fees by REAL Hospitality Network International Inc. (herein known as “RHN,” or “we”). 

RHN offers a month-to-month membership program for CAD $15 (tax included) automatically renewed on a monthly basis.  

All membership fees are final and non-refundable. 

Membership participation is at the discretion of the member and it is the responsibility of each member to take advantage of programming to maximize their experience.  

Information gathered from members in any form will never be shared or sold to third parties  and will be used only for the purposes of the Membership Community,  

RHN does not share its member list outside of the community.  Members can access those members that have created a community profile and email them within the community.  Using this space to share anything you're selling or spamming fellow members within the RHN community or via other third-party means is strictly prohibited.  Advertising and other promotional opportunities are available within the RHN community.  Reach out to an admin within the app to find out more.  Our community is not an advertising platform.

Cancellation Policy  

You may cancel your RHN membership at any time by using the account portal in our community app.    

Refunds for mid-membership cancellations will not be issued.  All fee payments are final.

Upon cancellation of your community membership, your account will be deleted.   Your email will remain on our subscriber list.  To remove your contact information email hello@realhospitalitynetwork.com to have it removed. 


Member-to-member rebates and discounts  

RHN does not require members to offer rebates.  It is at the sole discretion of the Member to offer rebates and/or discounts to other members..  RHN is not responsible, financially or otherwise for a loss of revenue a Member’s business may incur as a result of their membership or for the outcome of networking activities between members as a result of their community members.
